throat sore

Post by creativesoul » July 19th, 2010, 12:44 am

i just had a visitor from Hana and her 12 year old son who was a highly intelligent beautiful young man, his mother was very sloppy- which i have learned is sometimes the result of trauma- the really amazing thing is i journal- always have- and like a puzzle i can see how i allowed certain things, what i told myself- which was unfounded and not based on anything happening in the present- and then finally- the power of choice, and the save your own ass program. having drawn a line in the sand- i proceeded to heal-i have become a better listener- and i can see now when the words and the behavior do not match- discernment-
i know sometimes my throat gets sore when i have something to say that i really do not know how to say- i feel raw like there is much to say- but no real way to say it without much discussion on the fragility of the human condition and how when you love someone being there

for them is more important than anything else-
and that real healing can only take place when there is trust, safety and love in the mix- I have been quite fortunate and have had this experience more than once- which is sometimes why I have to just walk in faith- silience does not really help much- but speaking my truth is all I have....
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
