Ok , When your cloths get on one side of the washing machine on the spin dry cycle if it is bad enough the whole washing machine will jump around the room, roughly in a circle this is because the wet cloths are trying to go in a straight line away from the center of rotation.
the force required to make them curve around is centripetal force

instead of the machine completely forcing it to go around the cloths are forcing the machine to try to go straight
Now if you have not looked at gyroscopes on line now is a good time to stop and do so, a gyroscope is like when all the cloths in the washing machine are spread out fairly evenly around the drum the outward wanting to go straight work against each other and the machine is fairly stable as no one direction as in the balanced gyroscope . now what I am doing is making a gyroscope that has an elliptical orbit but instead of the load swinging around it is pulled back by the hydraulic cylinders in the same part of rotation each time. this makes the machine go in the direction the load is trying to go.it is very strong simple transfer of energy and it can constantly accelerate with in limitations of power , once it breaks free of gravity( which is quickly) it will accelerate continually as the faster it goes the heaver it gets so the faster it goes , it re uses the acceleration factor out the radial arm try this to see picture needd mirror
