you know those days

Post by saw » October 1st, 2016, 9:05 am

you know those days,
swampy vampire
oh how ye absorb me...
Dracula is a pussy
vis a vis my motivation
I need a green magma
and a vape, a long slow pull
a sip not from the fountain
from the spring of new mornings
'cause that bounce is gone today
you know those days,
the thrill is still there
just bringing up the rear
B.B. King waits on the other side
wants me to cry every time
i hear Lucille but I ain't ready
to sing the blues just yet
so I guess I'll just creep along
like a doo dah man, it ain't over
til the fat lady sings says
the mystic contortionist Yogi,
Berra that soul for all to see
jump into the box when you hear that
Play Ball !!.....it's Deja Vu all over again.
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Put the Mick on the mantle and the gill in the McDougald, and the zip in the Rizzuto and get the Ford out of the garage. And roger the Marist.

In those days the Orioles and a Jim among the gentiles and a good breeding who played second but was shipped to D.C. when Xpansion took hold. And Dick was in the hall and Brooks kept robbhing his son who bunted like Gus or nails Courtney. Didn't Clint put nails in his bat and get that nickname.

It is the vape and Yogi Berra-ing that started this train of thought.
The Irish Sea Is Always In Turmoil, Even When Calm.
