Memories permeate
My despondent brain
Need to eradicate your
Innocuous idiosyncrasies
That brought such delight
Blackened haze devising
To envelope my weeping soul
Tormented heart, perished
Disintegrated companionship

Thank you, I was told once the Eskimos had 50 different words to describe snow. This is my 28 words to describe mourning my loss.
