I forgot to say ... to judih... i love that protective-under-the-blanket-nap-time myself.

I just love it... if I could write my dreams down, they'd be great movie scripts. Unfortunately, I forget them.

dreams are the best.
i love to sit back and let those dreams unroll.
maybe it's better i forget them - that way if they're re-runs, i can't tell!
good night, doreen dear, and all those about to enter the delicious respite from having to take responsibility. (mmm, hmmm, fecklessness)

good night Judih

moving on

there is no danger here

we are safe in america

I take responsibility for my words, I will feel free to delete my posts that have not been replied to. But fuck it I will no longer delete anything.

I am sure I am the only one here that deletes posts (FUCKING SARCASM DANG ME THEY OUGHT TO TAKE A ROPE AND HANG ME.)

I usually delete them because I think I have rambled too far afield if that is possi9ble

feel free to judge me
I feel like a creep for some reason
not your fault
I take responsibility for my own feelings too.

Thank you for giving me the adrenalin shakes, 8)
you know it is so boring here in america
it is good to feel excited.
you got more control over your borders there than we do here.
God only knows when we will be attacked again.
I believe in moving on fast
I mean that about the adrenalin shakes

only three or four people on S8 have been able to do that,

let me know what else I do that annoys you
and I will do my best to not do that again.
Israel is just this country you know. Like any other.
It is the Jews that I am concerned with wherever they are, I am their people. It is a family thing I guess.

consiousness makes you a writter, an analytic nature makes you a writter, A purpose makes you a writter.....

i use to say I make films with a purpose and that i didn't know if my work was art but that the process felt artistic.

I'm not sure what art is...its easier to define craft....

this post is going no where fast. I try to imporve therefore i think there is a standard of somesort i guess it all depends on your goals, i think some of the best artist were ones with the most specific goal....ex.

Andy Warhol- To me, and this might just be me, he was pointing out the ridiculousness of "art" and american "culture and consumerism" at the same time by being ironic, sarcastic and basicly being a magistion....i mean how much more specific of a thesis can you get. He also asked us to question our own thoughts by confusing us, i mean he did a couple different things. which is another interesting thing about artist.....

I'm going through a phase now where i get kicks off of writting about the physical, often sexual but i've been known to have other interest and write about postmodernism (here i am talking about warhol) but i had a teacher once that said "idea, structure, style" and if you could get all three to match up you were golden....

or what about aristotle who listed the important things in a play in order "plot, character, theme, diction, music, spectical" but there are artist who spend there life goals throwing that into question too....

hope i added something here : )
Blah!

That is what it is.
Something new

I hope I can add something new to this thread too

Speaking of purposes and goals

So many preachers on TV talking about a purpose driven life, we got to find god's purpose for our life. Which seems to be that we should send them s money to a PO BOX in Dallas.

"man would rather have the void for a purpose, than be void of purpose" -- the nietzsch

I have no idea a lot of times, what I am aboutmost of the time where I am going with any text box I open. I am definetly the other. I wish Clay had included a check box for "compulsive scribbler"
There are so many craftman here, Clay for example, but I better not start naming names cause I would be here all day, constantine, doreen, mnaz mousey1, hester, Mrs Peale, Cecil. Cecil streams such beautiufl sunday mornings I wonder how he does that,
Izzy, saw, I could go with every writer here, no bull. This place is like Rachel VarnHagen's Salon, under a feminine hand. Some women think I pander to them, no I just can't survive with out them. When S8's server went down a couple weeks ago I was almost relieved. I was anxious to see what life without S8 would be like. I figured doreen got bored with us and shut the place down.

Mingo writes so beautifuly, I think they are spontaneous all of them, so clear, Doreen comes on so silky and steel, judih lifts my spirits, cenacle leaves me in awe
Jimbo flows with wisdom and whimsy

I feel fortunate to be tolerated here among so many craftsman, talented writers.

If I have a purpose
It is to amuse.
myself and others
burn my bridges behind me
and write myself a good life.
and a good death
As if I am trying to write myself a script for life after death.

How can I be so sexually immature and have so much sexual karma I wonder sometimes. Difficult for me to write about sex honestly. It is so ludicrous.

excellent thread LR, writing about writers is ultimately writing about writing
I hope I don't owe you an appology for highjacking your thread.
Seems like when one writes about writting anything goes.

I am an other
I ride the ego trip

"creative writer" is not an usual term in my lands :it´s more like you are a Writer, a Poet or not! . I´m a bit tired of titles and evaluations (maybe because my job) so I enjoy here the playful, funny, delicate some times sort of abismal side of words , even in evaluating/reply/comment mood.
