a worthy and interesting cacophonic orchestrations of chaos and (controlled) madness of hyper-xmas shopping in one big box after an other (big box).

maybe I was a little harsh of tone

it caught me in a mood

part of eloquence is lucidity

symbolism is one thing, obscurity is another

at some point it becomes a Rorschach blot

I guess it's according to who you think your audience is
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

mtmynd - Again, my apology (Doreen has mended); was a formatting issue, the Link (I also corrected in my thread) is now operable, will take you directly to the Piece. I hope/look to Reading your comments. TY - H'H./H.e.m.

Addendum: TY, mtmynd; in-deed, a "Big Box," laden with the manics of most & the dashed hopes & aspirations of the rest... Your Words are eloquent perceptions of my mission here, & I am pleased to respond as such. I am of 6+ Decades of observations, at a loss to pinpoint when Christmas devolved into a mayhem defying even the descriptions I have attempted in no-less-than 64 ("Will you still meet me/will you still greet me, when...?") Stanzas. The Piece multi-references quite-the-obverse of "controlled madness." I began composing (uncomposed) mere hours after the tragedy; the occurrence haunted throughout the day, & unlike the predominance of my Work which "completes" in matters of hours, if not less, this was an almost 4 day labor, of Love/not of Love, notwithstanding Its length, but Its breadth, & BREATH! TY for the kind approbations.

Dori - Again, my abject apology, this, for assuming the Reader(s) might glean the length of this Piece provided expedience for the Link (there are no-less-than [6] Posts spread over the Internet onto similar Sites). Formatting was to be time not time-efficient, my major objective, to disseminate. Others have now inquired in like manner; perhaps if It becomes more unwieldy, I will follow suit & Post here, as well. I have intended to be neither haughty nor offensive in this maneuver - H'H./H.e.m.

P.S. - Not without standing, PIB might prosper from a new host of visitors.

Hey, K&D - I have had an extensive variance of comments to my Work throughout this thing I do nomened Poetry, however, to be labeled mechanistic, indeed is an imprimitur I will sport amongst my faves! TY! I strive to ReInvent; & as a dear friend/critic observed a while back, "...machine-gun spitted Words!" Best (Real) Holidays for All! H'H./H.e.m.

TY, Nazz - I do not recall any mandate to view/comment upon my Work, either by force, or sorry excuses. Your laconic reply solves (but not resolves) the issue - H'H./H.e.m.

P.S- i'm not sure if i understood you right but were you saying that you thought that your post wasn't welcome here or justifying its existance, you don't have to do that...if that was the case.

I am going to be straight with you (lol) i'm dyslexic and find myself reading your post over and over again trying to remember what you mean...

i don't mean that to be rude, i mean at all! maybe i'm slow!

K&D (Kudos & Dance) - There are those whom in a refusal to understand/accept difference, will resort to invective, attempt to "killing," & urge others to follow suit; ironically, this is one of the Poem's (Xmas) messages. So, TY for the maturity, support, & moral conviction. As for the "Audio," curiously, Doreen was one - if not the 1st. - on Arcanum Cafe in a review of my Work, to suggest I Read aloud; others have urged, however save for the personal oratory, this has yet to manufest (& you might glean another difficulty apart from the sonics, were I to Read in Forum without the aid of audience script; my Books are, mostly, not yet on shelves [though not "shelved," either - lol] ). TY for the Links. You are kind to offer the "open acceptance" for Posting here; It is not as if I am a novice to the Site. My intent in the attempt to apology was to inform of the importanced message in the Piece, & my time constraints for a "full" Post, hence the Link to PIB. I certainly hope, counter to your stated condition (or because of It) you will continue to indulge & enjoy my Work. I have had the opportunity to visit LSU on my way to the W. coast, & a fond memory was driving over Lake Ponchartrain on my way & through Baton. This, of course long before the Katrina, et al debacles. Blessings - H'H./H.e.m.

still-t - TY for the continued attention to my Work; no, the latter Valley Stream, as portrayed in the earliest tenets of the Piece (some 50 yrs. now), & now devolved - as many American communities - into landfilled Malls 'n Mauls. Btw, did I not view an earlier Post here re: your response to the visage of PIB ("white against dark,?" how apropos!), perhaps I am confused, though of the former, not the latter - H'H./H.e.m.
