I find that I've deleted all of your emails dating back that far, so I have no reference material to help me clarify my overall impression of our discussion about moderators.

Since you said you wrote this post rhetorically, without any intention of seriously getting help with the forum, why did you ask directly for my response in the post below (Fireplace)? That is extremely confusing.

You created the forum for me AFTER the moderator discussion had already taken place, and I did not know about it until it was a done deal. I remember that part very clearly. It is not being used, so I would actually appreciate it if you'd remove it.

This is not a good night for me to post here. I visited the board tonight because I really wanted to be a participant here, but it seems like every time I do I end up feeling like I'm in a hall of mirrors. I don't know what combination of circumstances creates that impression in my mind, but there it is.

I wish you a good evening, and you know I sincerely want the best for your wonderful website. I think you've done a great thing here, and I hope it keeps on being great.

Untamed, spontaneous creation works when there are real creative people online, not when there are subhuman dirtbags such as Googletrash ....and the Net is overrun by Goobertrashes

Sorry for the confusion, Laurie. To me, my post was clearly humor and at the same time, quite purposely, saying, "You think you can do better? YOU try it!" not to YOU directly but to the complainers who don't think I'm doing a good job here and want to run this place differently. I directed you here because I wanted your input and you've given it.

Thanks for your critique and your kind words. I do appreciate it.

The website will continue to be developed during times when I have a break between attempting to futilely be an visible referee.

There are only 3 reasons why you are still here.

1- your poetry is respected by some people, me included on the rare occasions that i can understand it.... and your essays are respected by me

2- you have been hurt and i wish that hadn't happened to you and i want to make it better for you because i care and because somewhere inside your self esteem has been damaged and if i can do my own small part to help you recover by admiring your value, i would be helping and all i want to do is help

Thanks, but spare me the psychoanalysis. I am not hurt or suffering from self-esteem--but I am tired of, yeah, cyber-trash being allowed to vent about things they know nothing about. It is to your discredit that you allow a cretinous hick ( Goobersash) a place to fester.

Well, ya know, perreeeezzzzzzeeee, it strikes me that possibly it could be that you two are the same person in different ip numbers or costumed embodiments of avatars but i wouldn't go so far to make that accusastion, because you'd probably call me a doe-doe or dimwit or idiot or dummy or an uneducated snob but at least it struck me as humorous, anyway, but what do i know?

Hey, Knip, Doreen, __Rod ... some of us actually change after we're challenged. Does this mean we have a purpose? Does this mean there's a purpose to our being on this website together?

I believe that humans can evolve. If we are all trying, TOGETHER, than there's some hope. Love is amazing, and maybe it can exist in absentia of the flesh. Are we all here for a purpose????

Hey now, please dont make a comparison of me with that little jerk. I never say anything bad to anyone that hasn't jumped me first like jolly junior here, and dissing people is all he is about. If you really want to help that little toxic turd then kick him to the cyber curb. He's been molly coddled in his various ids since the day this site went up-I admire your patience and compassion with someone who is so obviously socially dysfunctional, but, for all your good efforts he hasn't improved one iota, for in reality, he's gotten worse. This reminds me of the two kids on a playground beating the shit outa each other and when someone tries to stop it and says, "Both of you! Stop this fighting, please!", they get the answer, "But HE started it!"

See what I mean?

If you read through the posts, both of you sound similar to each other with your slams and when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter who started it.

I don't want to host or broadcast stuff like that.

I moved a few posts from this thread to the Fireplace & Dumpster. (I finally figured out how to do that.) I wanted to move more of them from this thread but if I did, parts of the conversation wouldn't have made any sense.

Both of you claim good intentions by wanting to get rid of the other. You both call each other similar names.

I'm just tired of it, that's all.

And I'm sure viewers who hit on this site don't feel very welcome when they read crap like that. Who wants to be around it?

I don't. I know that.

So, since this place is a place I've created, a place where I've spent my time decorating and organizing for the purpose of talking about the arts, I'm asking you and everyone here to stop fighting with each other and to respect me by talking about the arts instead.

No, there is a third way.

You laugh at the insults because they really are laughable.

Then, you point out the insults to me if I missed them and I'll put the posts in the Fireplace & Dumpster.

Maybe if people see their posts being moved, they'll start to understand what respectable behavior is.

I'm thinking of locking this thread because there's really nothing left to say about it.

People need to respect each other or they need to post on someone else's website. Not mine.
