out of rehab

Post by Axanderdeath » February 21st, 2009, 11:03 pm

Just left rehab. Yes I was in rehab. And I went to aa meeting and na meeting and talked about my FEELINGS—heard SO many people say things are OKAY things are OKAY and I want to say NO SHIT THEY ARE OKAY. And people GOD WILL BRING YOU TO HAPPINESS AND SERENITY AND AWAY FROM INSANITY and I say FUCK GOD AND ONLY THE INSANE COULD BE HAPPY IN THIS WORLD, ONLY THE LOBOMISED COULD, THE LOBOTOMISED, and they say I USE TO BE LIKE YOU and maybe they have, and they say YOU’LL FIND OUT YOUR NOT THAT SPEACIAL and they laugh as if they know…

I just left rehab. And I am sick of it. I am puking out the ideals the forced down my throat the nasty powerlessness that they speak of as virtue…

And I AM ANGRY!! At what? The world. And anger can change it. But it won’t. not until we all are angry, but the rich keep getting richer and the poor poorer and dumber…

I just got out of rehab. I am not lost, I am not saved, I have not seen the light, I have had now awakening, but as always I feel I know more then the masses of idioticness.

Have a nice day

God is not the answer, that is, unless one needs God to be the answer. The way I look at it, why should I be so concerned with the answer when still sorting thru the questions? Isn't that like jumping the 'ol cosmic gun?

i love amy winehouse.

but yeah to make god an essential part of not exsesively dong something does not make sense to me... and honesty I still would like to do certain drugs from time to time and it is a matter of balance and controll--to say that you give up all controll to GOD is just somthing that sounds like--justy sounds stupid to me....

i didn't say staying clean would make your life easy

i said it would make it easiER.

Life is NEVER easy. Even if you're straight, it's fricking HARD.

Add to the regular normal every day problems we all have being human, surviving in this society, work, health, relationships, financial situations, etc etc.. man, it's just way hard....

anyway add the problems associated with drug dependance to all of the shit we have to do anyway, and it makes what's already hard, way harder..... drug habits screw with your health bigtime, effecting major organs, it's extremely hard on your pocketbook and can debilitate your finances to the point that many drug addicts become criminals because they can't figure out how else to support their habits, and add to that the possible legal problems and you've created a mess for yourself.

here's the thing...being a spiritual person does not have to mean that you give up control to "god". it means that you see a bigger picture and you see the mystical at work. but you still need to be conscious and present in YOUR life otherwise it will float by in a haze of bizarre moments. it doesn't matter so much what you believe. it matters what you choose.

it;s not that hard to understand--but they make it such a big deal, as if it is impossible to be spirtual if your drunk or on drugs which is complete and utter bull, that if your not spirtual you'll drink.

spirtuality should not be step in stoping drinking

one of the steps starts "havirng ha a spirtitual awakening..."!!!!!!!!!! come on, fuck i know people in the program and most of them simply regergitate shit the do not understand....

at least where i have went.

by the way this guy is great check him out

Been there-done that...they won't tell you that all your answers are
inside yourself...99 percent of the time, they just want the money,
and that's the bigger crime...when the insurance plan quits paying
for some non existent cure...they'll say you're cured and give you
the boot. They'll push and shove to get you enrolled, cause the state and feds give out bucks to the programs. The cure is self control man, and when you get it, you'll get on your own. The goodinformation from programs is good, but only you can know the truth about yourself. Roll with it, and come out on top, the world's gonna need some tough people for the coming future.
