RANDOM HEROS OF VAGUE

Life smells
Or rather it stinks
Nostalgic odours
And it smelled like disaster
Nothing large scale
But i was feeling sick
And pale
And i was wandering, crunching the leaves
Under foot
The sky was pink
The sky was early
And i wandered in a dull dazed confused haze humming
My head hurt from the cocaine
And i was thinking that she was to blame.

Look at those tracks
Look at those rocks
Look at the sky
Look, it was made for us
Look, thats all i ask

Thoughts
Waves crash
Waves crash
And nothing is coming
Waves, and inbetween is that
Dull electric hum
Agitated brash
Not in
Not there
Not there
Not there

You do not have to repeat
I know my defeat
Please don’t sit in your throne
I have no home
I have no home
I have no home
I have no home
...
The skull was found
And it was a Pandora’s box
To know the film was true
That you had the
History of man
In your hand
And that it was all true
And every one was wrong
And everyone was going to hell
But not because of the bible.
...
I picked the dead birds out of my sleeping bag
Tommy was obviously a very
Very
Very
Sick little boy
The void was long and the
Exploration ahead centuries
Since the extraction was made
And the truth was revealed and the answer brought new
Wondrous possibility and questions
Through the porthole of death

“I am afraid of death”

Said frank
The firemen
Who had come along
His wife had died
He spoke of his children
And we journeyed deeper
And the farther we went
The more i understood
Frank
The hero
And really
He was a none thinking
Selfless
Man that bordered on idiot status
A hero
....

GAP

Inspired by the music of Daniel Johnston
thus spoke G.A.P.

Camping on the shore of befouled apocalyptic and bloodshot skies, wandering. I was into the aimless dull hum throb of it. And yes, 'tis true one definitely cannot over-think "hero-ness"..
