Polly wants a cracker!

Post by XPress » March 7th, 2009, 1:45 pm

I talk
a LOT
verbal spewage
wordish sewage
drip drip on the page
in this cyber age
a thousand consonants an hour
vowels flying
others *sighing*
Plz shut up!
But I just can't stop
got something to say
today
whether it's of interest
or not...
Did you know's
and I once read's
inside the heads
of a million readers
bottom feeders
guppies
and weeders
the interested
and the bored
to silence
or applause
the show WILL go on!

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious
If you say it loud enough
You'll always sound precocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay

I'll shut up now
(or at least until the next post, twenty seconds ago)

my fingers got the red shoes syndrome
they dance a keyboard jitterbug
that I can hardly control
I have to sit on my hands
to stop this compulsive typing.
Hypergraphia

Polly putting down some interesting cracker crumbs
Keep on keeping on
but please don't encourage me

mostly it is a GO for me Xpress

Just open a text box and let it rip

is Polly a spontaneous cracker cracker?

I love just letting it rip myself

That is why I try to stay off this board as much as I can.

This is for polished and finished work

It is Doreen's pride and joy this board, her favorite I think.

but sometimes I just got to.

GO

I wish you would Go sometimes

It is what the Action Poetry board used to be on litkicks

Yes I know I post too much mnaz

Sorry

I like your poem, XPress. I can hear it in my head spoken.

I say go for the talking a LOT while you can because it's a great edge for creativity.... let 'er rip!

I used to write at least 5 poems a day. And other stuff too. Wrote all the time. Now I paint instead. The words don't continue to flow forever. I know they'll come back. I do write still, but not prolifically as I used to. Guess my brain is focused on the visual these days. Still, it's a gift to have to continue to spill it ....... so..... continue to spill it!

Your screen name reminds me of work, though.

I use Quark XPress daily as my page layout program. Every time I see your name, I'm reminded of the page layout projects I haven't finished.

(and I feel sooooo bad about that.. you don't even know)
