Well, you've always been Doreen to me. I'm guessing this one may not be entirely a true story but has some basis in truth? No matter, though. Skillfully written and wry. Enjoyed.

Whew... Not a word of truth in it. That's what I gathered at first. But then, I've actually known people who were born as "surprises" to parents who were somewhat less than thrilled with the prospect, at least initially.

btw, you should hear some of the names I was called, back in the day....
