the half life of white bread
is longer than I have
death number four hundred and twenty seven
only five hundred and seventy three to go.
I would like to live another hundred years that is all. All I think I could stand. Just to see the brave new world, when humans come in much more interesting shapes and colors
xenoestrogens in the environment
Six legs
men with ovaries
so on and so forth
who knows in a hundred years our testicles will probably be under our armpits.
Have we not become as gods, designing our new genome?
give me more,
greener lawns
more sugar
more white bread
Nothing to be alarmed about
nothing new under the sun they say
all things work to the good of those that love god they say
Progress
ain't what it used to be.
But there could be an upside
The world suffers from testosterone poisoning. Maybe there will be peace when men have ovaries. Medusa Redeemed.

I tried to imagine then represent a six legged male frog with ovaries in such a way as to do it justice but I kept breaking into laughing fits every time I put cursor to pixel. I was defeated by the images arising in my mind from six legged male frogs with ovaries. So now I'm giving up - must be my exposure to contamination by industrial estrogens in the environment acting against my naturally occurring testosterone.
Or maybe a lack of milk.
Or maybe a lack of milk.
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

makes my day to make a funny for you
laughter no doubt good medicine it is
I had to laugh out loud thinking about you thinking about those frogs.
I love frogs, I got a little metal statue of two frogs sitting on a saw horse, gesticulating with their hands in freindly conversation.
I got it from Alamo Rose before she became my Rose of Agudas Achiem.
After 1984, when I would get to feeling lonely for the old girl, I would place the frogs on a table and shine a light on them so they cast a giant shadow on the wall. I felt better, they cheered me up.
Hard to keep up with all the news these days. I lose my patience on the studio eight discussion boards.
I am glad somebody gets my weird humor once in a while
Gracias
Full Metal Jacket, aka Short Timers. Have you ever read the novel? Kubrick called the cops and had gus removed from the set during the making of the movie.
There is an interesting interview with Kubric on Gus's website.
