I talk like I type
I type like I talk
Gertrude Stein was a trucker at heart
there is a there there
when you are on the road

never run out of road
the truckers say because it
is
a lost feeling
like a sailor without a sea
like life on the beach for us
Ever since
Eve bit for it
And now we got to bust our balls

I truly love this kind of thing, Jack, but I'd have to have something to eat before I tackle the rum & coke listening to smooth jazz waiting for diana krall to give me some of what she does .... gets me snapping my fingers and my spine begins to think like a snake got a groove to work on some sound to work itself out maybe fine enough to join the wind on its way from forever with the sticks touching the cymbols and the sax ridin' the way in the music wide arms open to welcome all passengers who promise to find no period here. You ride truckman, may you face always to the wind > ...

the poetics of common knowledge

glad you liked it mingo, I wrote it with you in mind.

Gertrude Stein been on my mind today. I was searching in remote consciousness trying to remember what spooked me so much that last class in statistics for the behavioural sciences. So went googling for statistical realities and old Gertrude's name came up.

I ain't no Hemingway that is for sure.

Jack I went to the link for the book but have to get out of here and to work. I'll finish then. And thanks. Doreen's painting up there is righteous.

You know Medusa must be redeemed
I panderer to women
some women say
probably not with out reason

but Gertrude Stein reminds me a lot of my bubbie.
What the hell did she know about quantum mechanics
which is a misnomer
nothing mechanical about it anymore
