remedy for household smells:

1. grind beans, make espresso (repeat as needed)
2. bake peanut butter oatmeal cookies
3. oil diffuser - try lemon grass
4. forbid all cooking, smoking, farting indoors or within 10 metres of domicile

5. leave the house and take walk in post-rain forest (repeat as needed)

Welcome back Jack.
I just watched a movie last night that I'd highly recommend called Grey Gardens. Two eccentric women (one is Drew Barrymore whom I adore). I think you'd like it though for their strong characterization; nutty women

Jack, I just got my fill on shopping.
I don't know for sure if I've bought the right stuff,
I get in the crowd and I can't remember what it is I'd wanted.
Yes, it's a chic flick, but it's a good movie for those who like strong characters. Do you Jack?

Jack, I didn't mean it as you meaning it as a put down, :P
I just meant I can see a lot of men steering clear of the movie for fear it'd be chic, but the poets, the writers and artists will dig it. :)

I miss the nightmares and black mood swings.
I been thinking about buying a bottle of booze just to reminisce.

A lot of calories though, I been thinking about writng a weight loss book for the ridiculous man. But it seems to be working, with the occasional cigar and shot of Kentucky whiskey.

Plateau the first twelve came easy

I may need another half pint of whiskey to break through to 240 # mark, oh man I want to fulfill that old saying about hippies look good in the box.

Thank you for Claudel, I'm on six and it was needed, much needed. I'd gone to my book shelf to start a new one, but it seems I've run out, with not one to keep my attention. This is an excellent movie.

Trying to remember who told me about that movie. A woman, that much I am sure, either here on studio eight or litkicksdotcom.

Claudel was fortunate to have a loving brother. That much I remember, but did he turn on her in the end? I forgot the ending. That would be sad, maybe that is why I can't remember the end. Repression is so slick. I hardly notice it. Which is an improvement I think. At least I am aware of what I am not aware of.
I been reading along on your artlog, mingo makes a point about his dreams. Noting them in passing. But it is more than that for you, you seek inspiration in them. Meanings even. I am sure there are meanings, but I think moo moo camus would say we have to make them up as we go, because dreams are absurd. Much like reality.

Well don't me dame, I am into the bitter herbs

I miss the old days when I was still a Jesus freak, walking the streets of Nashville and Berryhill. My beard down to my knees and hair to my ass.

Never met so many strange people in my life. Finally settled down and joined a Quacker meeting there. "Quackers, aka the religious society of ducks"

still a duck after all these years
quack at you later
got to go to work

When I go to litkicks, I only see some old posts, poems but most are not really viewable any longer.

I liked it a lot trucker, I won't spoil the ending.

Yes, most of my poetry is entwined and mingled with my dreams, it is my other life when I shut my eyes.

I'm not the best person, a lot of faults. Someday I might be improved. I've indifference and so I know what you mean.
