perspective and she's got hers
he with his say divided up
swallowed in the muck by a silver bay
I'll match you matchsticks
if you'll light it up
and we'll zone out our ours
on twenty bucks.
come by when I've still belief
in time, who cares what my perception is
if it changes with wind, like blowing bubbles
I'll pop thirty, we'll be just fine.

In total concentration, she'd snatched the tadpole up by it's thin tail, "I'll march you to fifty fifth street gripped between my knees and we'll trip up a wall-street boy slammed on Alabama blues. He'll pay me sixty dollars to let you wet his tip, and I'll buy you a big aquarium with a tall pink sandcastle hiding a gem within. You can have a sucker fish, to keep it effortlessly clean. I'll not go drown from the ripple, but toss the rocks in. No love, no love. You'll make yourself a clam, you'll make yourself a clam.

She'd become fattened
and rosy on jammed tarts
never was a girl so smart
never was a girl so smart.

He took her up-hiked to Baker's Marker
with the heart cut through the trees
dandelion stains yellowed her cheeks
and colored her beautiful knees.
Somebody said she was missionary in bed
but primitively healthy in the breeze.
Women like flowers
go lady blow, go lady blow
go wild to seed
the moon blinking pearl toned
I saw a mighty night sky rower
over a sea in octopus ink
boldfaced lovely
through the canopy.

The two ladies
in warm sweater jackets
went hand in hand
but never having conversations.
Yes, I've seen a ghost
she looks just like me.

"You've not a face to look after."
I don't? "You surely don't
and you've never not never had
your name."
I've this name.
"Not much to anybody asking
and they'll tell you you've no soul either."

If I die tomorrow they'll say I'm gone then?
"They'll not likely remember."

If I've two gold fish, how many shall I buy?
"You've not any gold fish, so what will it matter."

Why won't you just play pretend.

It's dull in this white noise
and there's not darkness when you're talking.

"What am I if I'm not you?"
I'll turn you into my pet bosom
you'll not likely be able to open your mouth wide
when I'm closing mine.

"Oh, infinity's a long time to get rid of me
I'll have my say."

I know, I was on a parade of caffeine and couldn't quit the ramble. My apologies, trying to adjust to the new bursts in energy at odd hours. Thanks for reading, mingo.

"Sir? What an odd request you make."

"Put her on a west bound train. A pitch black one, like a monster! Let it scream the tracks! It is just as she'd have wanted, as she wants."

"But, you'd not by chance met her, in some secrecy or mask? Her family, her friends know more what is to be done with her body, they'll be better suited to decide her rest."

"It matters not whether I've seen her, I know she's a temper and I know though dead, her body is, her temper's hot, only a train could carry what she's about. I'd not written her a good-bye letter, she'd not known my tender. In fact, put her on a long trip, a train that'll ride for days. I'm haunted till the ride goes miles on track."

"Put this off! What has it to do for you, you'd not visited, not even accepted her company. Sigh it, which will be plenty for the hour. I think it best for your health."

"I could not go to her, do you know?! I didn't care for her, not her melancholy nor tears. She was too irritable. I'd like tender women only.
A woman like that!
Bah! No, not for me when I've taste.
She as cold then as today.
She'd come to the pond by a moon, kneel there, going muddy. At times she'd strip completely, then lay down by the edge for hours. I'd hear the birds before she'd rise and go off. When I'd surface, I'd stare to the earth, in the mud she'd left her impressions. Her long fingers, the lines of her palm, a full breast, thigh and her ribs... I could count one by one. She'd more than I. The sun dried her delicates, and I'd collect the imprints in brown paper.
I've laid out her form. I've her more than them!"

"Sir, I'll see you at the station, a train roars at noon."

"It'll be so very like her."

The earth is a depot where wingless angels pass the time waiting for the long ride home. Seeing a small boy smiling in the corner I said to him; "You must be anxious to go home." "I am home", he replied, "I just come here to play the games."

Hey Mingo, you were saying you dug out that old jalopy of an Egyptian coffee maker and it made me think about why I don't have a coffee maker to get all upped on. Yesterday I went to Wallyworld and bought a $10 one, some coffee and dairy free creamer.

I used to love coffee, 20 cups a day but then I started getting sick. Now that I'm healthy, I needed to buy one. I'm pleased, upped and upped. Best buy for me in a long whiles, thanks to you in a way.

My favorite diner, they had .79 cent bottomless cups of coffee. I'd go every day back in the day, and gravy fries, too.

This piece I wrote last night came in two parts...the train is one it's been in me too long, bouncing about my head cause I grew up on those big monstrous steam engines going down the tracks. The other part was from watching Jack's movie with Claudel, all that clay, all her statues, anyway bam there I was knees in the mud at the edge of my pond. The two swung together for me.
Coffee is a friend of mine.
Get so wired up, like I'm seventeen.
It's a good feeling.
