Arcadia ... Oh no... I"m not posting it online! I'll give you one. heh :) Thank you! :)

mb .... I probably was kidding. Just what I thought was a clever lead-in to the novel writing business. Thanks! :)

hest .... My son smokes those. I'd never heard of them until I saw him smoking one. He says they don't have any crap additives that other cigarettes have. (whatever that means) ... I wish he didn't smoke at all, really. I wish I didn't smoke at all either. Ah well... it's a new century. Maybe I'll quit, after all, before they kill me. :)

Also wishing and hoping you are just kidding about not writing poetry anymore....I am sure you could write a fantastic book and continue writing fabulous poems.

How 'bout, "Most stories are never told..."? Would that be cliche, too?

One thing I've always believed

any poet who hasn't once said "this shit is pointless. Why I don't I get a more useful hobby?" is far too self-assured to be a poet in the first place.

but good luck as a novelist...good poets make good novelists, so long as they can conjure up the dedication to write about one subject for 300+ pages :)

yes! write a novel. but don't stop writing poetry. i love your poetry, miss dori.

i have started quite a few novels myself just to stop a few chapters in because suddenly the idea didn't seem so original anymore. haha. one of these days i might finish one and be rich. hahaha.
