Actually if it happened today I'd prolly just fall asleep. Seems that sleep is mightier than the pen these days (and I don't know where the hell the sword went). I think I may have Lyme disease or maybe Epstein Barr or iron poor blood or I've been bitten by a tse tse fly or exchanged bodies with an old man (oops I am an old man).

I think I may have Lyme disease

I missed this one over the weekend...but it's powerfully concise. That's not my skill. I am still getting over my summer of Lyme Dis. ... funny, in the throws of it, all I could do was write...no energy for anything else.

Good poem---3 lines can pack an emotional punch----some embarrassment but some happiness too---the little things in life can go a long way to make the day enjoyable----3 line poems like this definitely do.
