Five Crows

Five crows at evening
fight the western wind.
Defeated, they veer,
slide south,
complaining angrily,
This is not where we wanted to go.

That's what they sound like, huh? buncha complainers... squawk! They scare me!

I love this poem. Brief, descriptive, a photo of a moment in time. Thanks for sharing it, Jim!

You always seem to manage to paint a vivid picture in very few words. Love it. And your ability to do it. :) :wink:
