goodbye haiku muse
now the time has come to part
how sweet your visit

Adiós, Musa del Haiku.

Lovely haiku, Hollweg, and so true! A haiku is the beginning of a poem the reader will evolve further without being aware of it.

And thank you for your note, Dadio. I have been neglectful of my fellow poets lately, forgive me, I am still obsessed with the book!

– del cóndor, del gorrión – // – from the condor, from the sparrow –
su gran poema. // its great poem.
