The Poets Place

Post by rshreve » January 30th, 2011, 6:36 am

A new site I did start
One that came from the heart

A place for all to see
A place for writers to be
For emotions that are pent
Where feelings are meant
To release your torment
Without having to repent
For you to vent

A place for poets and poems to see
The Poets is the place to be

Very nice... I love this piece because of the relativity brought to the table. So, true to have a place where you can metaphorically cut yourself open, bleed sweet blood on to paper, for others to read and know you are not alone in your thoughts as crazy as they may seem. Love it.

Congrats on your new site!

I loved webs.com and tried to set up a group site there for employees at work. (An intranet). Unfortunately, the site kept going down very often and so I did some research in their forums and found it wasn't unusual so I abandoned the project and kept searching for other group software solutions for our work intranet.

I hope you don't have the same problem with your new webs.com site! All the best wishes for it!

And thanks for the poetic announcement!

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
