you loved me

Post by creativesoul » February 1st, 2011, 11:17 pm

saturated in french toast and sunlight
smiles and laughter, giggling all nite
that after i love you glow
roses and snow
i hear your coyote
threatening abandonment
love will never let you go

flying fish and coral reef
sand that holds my hands

the sound of blame
excluding all goodness

is a road back to shame

walk with your head high
live well
be the change you want to see happen
fill that brain with new ideas
rock the casbah
eat ice cream for dinner

all my friends say
you are looking thinner
i lost all the baggage
thankfully so
became a swimmer
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

the coyote thrives here in NE PA... transplanted by the auto insurance
companies years ago. I can step out my front door right now and call
them.... two or more packs will answer.

I said I loved you.
I meant it when I said it.
I know it by heart.

The whole flow is awesome...especially these lines, for me...really liking these.
