Disability

Post by no1special » February 5th, 2011, 5:09 pm

Let me tell you
something about me
don’t judge
or doubt me

I don’t think of myself as a poet
I certainly never show it
I’ve got this OCD in me
a secret ability

I think in rhyme
all the time

you
may think of it
as sublime

to me it’s a burden
in my head
constantly changin’
my wordin’

trying to disguise
with hopes
no one will recognize
this disability

not tellin’ lies
tryin’ to surprise

rhyme
is my insecurity
wish there were
a cure for me

this is great, it flows so nicely and explains an addiction that I imagine few have, ha.........works like a rap......
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

I'm glad you like it
my deep dark secret
maybe that's where I should keep it
the voices in my head
they spiral
turn viral
a rap
or
crap

words
I spout
letting them out
a girl pouts
she and her boy
on the outs

they're just words
don't mean to offend
hurt
I don't intend
to send

I know
a broken heart
and
what it takes to mend

the end
