rain poem ? o God I don't know I've looked all over hell but can't find the thing lots of things are like that these days there's a small bird in my brain out under the pine tree moving around don't know what he's lookin' for maybe my rain poem & if he finds it he'll eat it I know he will its happened before. That little bird should weigh a ton or two by now for all the poems of mine he has eaten over the years,
ya know, like a black hole but watch he'll just fly away someplace mysterious for awhile - see, there he goes now!

Lol! Kinked and bratty. I'm a lot of trouble.
Mingo, it's pretty darn cold here the last few mornings. I mean I want soft snuggly socks, my sweater on and whatever else I can curl into. And today is to be a swimming day. I don't thinks I'm brave for it.

There's this Jehovah Witness lady who has been coming to my house on and off since the divorce. Since I don't keep much company flowing through the doors, I've been happy just to see her lovely face. Anyway, I told her I may not wants her religions and etc., but that I likes seeing her, knowing her and that she's someone I likes.

Funny, when she drops by now, we talk about what's going on in our lives more than those pamphlets. Her husband was unwell recently, had suffered a heart attack and had major surgery for it. I was able to be there for her. I said a few little prayers. Now I saw her out with him at the market, she was so happy to be able to introduce us and I could see how much she was proud to have him, she surely loved having him in her life. It was such a special moment to me to witness.

Really good people. Religion prolly can't touch that, that people being really good people with beautiful souls. I'm so glad I'd not not answered the door or had turned her aways from the get go. Cause that market scene was such a wonderful moment in my time.

Cool thing with the Witness. You're right. It's funny and strange what comes our way - things unguessed. Even to those who are so much trouble. 8) 8)

Are there things hinting
at bying by my way, mingo?
Well, it is interesting to take to sleep on tonight.
All possibilities, which I adores thinking about.

May new things or borrowed,
so as not to put value on only the one..
find you, too
and dress you in parade.

May it be.

I have all I can do just to let things be to tell ya truth. Enough stuff finds me as it is. No internet today - burned out wireless router was the culprit. Because of that I began and finished a painting all on the same day. Incredible. Left me to realize how much time I spend on this thing. Got out on the water yesterday and the wind on the river gave us a workout. Then a coming up thunderstorm got us off the river and home. Rain here now. The cars going by make that sizzle sound the way tires do on wet asphalt. reading a new book called "The Help" - it's really good. One of my ears is so stopped up I can't hear out of it very well & that's so romantic I can't hardly stand it. 8)

40 years of longing...and this song & vid says most of it without sentimentality. It's damn close to a poem. And that's all I need to say 'bout anything.

(Slaps hand hard to forehead) ! Of course. Ya see why I don't take my brain seriously ? My neurons get crossed and the smell of burning ozone should serve to alert me to the situation but I always miss it. ( Slaps hand to 4head, Again! )
I'll take a pic when I get home from work and get it uploaded.
Good God now I have to trim my nails!
