intoxicated with words from neon bibles and
honeyed tongues afire

trample down the vineyards
hard-pressed with false prophets
inquire at your own risk:
name your obstacles
your number already tattooed
and jettisoned like so much extra
baggage;
the beat goes on, and you haven't got a clue,
much less inspiration.
