sun rising
dog barking in the distance
a car goes by
the Devil is driving
and he's headed upriver
you and me we got
this vibration
we direct it we ride it
it does the same to us
we send the ball
into the court of the other
back & forth
back & forth
not to win
but to play

HaHa! But, sometimes I win
I had a dream last night to do with spirituality. I went to sleep thinking about being birthed from the whale's head, as in Moby Dick, when the cannibal dived in the deep, cut the whale jaw and pulled the Indian out by his head from the jaws of the whale head. Birthing in the deep.
Anyway, must have led to dreams of spirituality.
In the dream it was to take chaos and remove it to it's barest form of simplicity, which in the dream was the child. The chaos to be removed was everything that was not child, which was religion, judgments and knowledge.
The naked spirit is the only matter, anything learned there-after is only to clothe it, but not natural, not gonna save anyone.
The dream stated to be childlike in spirit, feed that an orange.
Well, wasn't an orange there.
It was a menu painted on the ceiling outside of a
small eatery. To see it-- one had to lay down and look up. I was thinking in my dream about only the child laying in his/her stroller and the very ill laying on a hospital bed in dying were to be able to read it. No one else goes to the streets on their backs looking up to read.
P.S. and thank you, mingo darlin'.

Mornin' Doll, spent yesterday afternoon in the kayaks - whole damn tribe went down to the water. Just a local creek but everything a kayak touches turns to imagination. It's like a spoon stirring sugar into a cup of coffee, hits the side of the cup and there is that "ting". Yeah. Noticed out there on the creek that it don't smell like summer any more. I love autumn. Its sex, its scent, its scenes, its spirits. I'd wrap my fingers in its hair and pull it back pull it back pull it back ...
Catch ya later, Doll, and have a sweet deep day.

PS - that dream of yours with the menu was a honey of a dream - that image of reading the menu from your back on the ground lookin' up is potent as hell and hotter. Good dream, Doll.

Hmm, now who is in that place.
ppp I like when I wake up feeling I've just had a full day of school. Just sinks in much easier when sleeping then any other time.
How's the drift wood coming along?

Wow, of a sudden I feel like a pop-up window here. Words are zinging like the beginning of popcorn in my head. Ain't it funny we say "in my head" as if it were by itself but its not true. our whole body is our head. Ha!
Mornin' Doll !!!

Good morning, dear mingo.
It's Tuesday. I wonder what Tuesdays are known for and what today might be.
Had bad dreams all night. Saw a body of water soaked in blood, so it was red.

Are ya goin' biblical on me? Lot of the native cultures here on this continent red is used to speak of the earth. Hard to say without context but water is always, little or much, heavy duty medicine. You got any more from that one? There may be a connection 'tween this one and your menu episode. If a connection does exist this could get exciting. Frogs on the table lamp - that kind of thing. Do you remember anything written on that menu?

Re: I am tripping more than you are. Battling razzberries
No, this wasn't biblical nor connected.
It was more the 'mother' dream, the when I worry.
Wish I could remember what was written there.
Those are the things I forget on waking, I s'pose.
