reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

If the poem is taken as a poem and not a statement to other forum members here----I think the poem comes off successfully in a way----it is the statement of an alienated speaker to a society at large. The speaker has been living in the make believe and is looking for real friends and acquaintances.

too many names= not enough meaning
