Dear mingo,
:( I wish I could be there for you.
I know how important he has been in your life and that you'll carry him with you always. Thank you for letting me know him and I'll always remember him too.
I will say a prayer for you. He and you together have touched this world.

Aww Mingo...it's great to have you back.
I might be sleeping cause I caught the flu, but I'll be here in the A.M. to check in on you.

Sleep well, my friend.
xoxo

The flu? Boo on the flu! Remember - don't tread the ox when he's muzzling out the thresh! Gotta be a poem in there, ya think? 8)

The wind is moving around out there tonight like a bear. The wind likes to make a noise in this world ...

me too 8)

And me too. :P
Had a dream last night about a baby saying the word strawberry for the first time.
I said to who it was there with me, "Remember the first time saying a new word, the awkwardness of it's being in your mouth, trying form it with lips, it the strange pronouncing by emphasizing on the vowels...(thinking Bambi) and then one day that's no longer there cause of familiarity."

Nice strong wind last night.
I went to sleep as soon as I got home, around 6ish and then woke, found you, went back to go to sleep, but stayed up a little while drinking hot tea and started reading Dombey and Son, by Charles Dickens. That book was having a lot of similarities to the feeling of that blustery wind out last night.

Yes, the voices to be heard.
I had missed you here.

Still got wind here - strong and dancing. I think the bears stirred it up. It's a bear wind. 8) Maybe it's a wind trying to say a new word for the first time - a baby riding a gust over the lawn and into the woods ... zipity-doo-da-da-da-ing right through the branches like an owl ... & it's singing "boys with fish-girls with pumpkins".

are we making a noise? You bet!

How's your flu? Is it listening to the wind too?
Boo on the flu!
Just BOO !

They sent me home from work, said I looked like a ghost and so I'm home watching the movie Dorian Gray. Not much to do but keep cuddled up on the couch, I s'pose. Gonna try some soup and listen to the wind outside, but it's not as strong today here as it was last night.

Oh! and have some hot tea.

Your video led me to this video

and I could share it with someone today who touched my heart cause he is discussing suicide that he's planning soon. I don't want him to go through with it. I found this video and it got me thinking about how there's still so much unexplored to think about, other lives to look in on.

Yes, straw-ber-ry :P

HaHa! I loved it. :P
I gots to go to the second job. Talk to you tonight.
I'm feeling a little better on the dayquil and the soup was good, the music was good. I just gotta make it a little while than I get the weekend to finish resting up.

I think of you beading and then I think of flute making, then boat making and corset making.

THANKS for the vid! Enjoyed it.

So ya got someone thinkin' of offing themselves? How the hell do we get so selfish? We aren't sent here to make holes. We are sent to fill them. So, maybe you got the right dream for this. Maybe, just maybe, "someone" should show this guy a new word and help him in how to say it.

so to speak, that is.

Ya think? 8)
