it's pockets

Post by the mingo » December 27th, 2011, 3:01 am

grab the link - think
eat the Sphinx like a piece of cake
ache - let go with a quake
let it in
spin
win
subscribe to the set
get wet
prioritize your disturbance
struggle for breath and don't be fooled
by the seeking of peace
the water beneath the house
will only sleep deeper
and you'll have to listen
to the furnace come on because it's always
playing catch-up to
the comets of cold &
the stories of space
the kiss of terra firma
is not the one
you want - the unmistakable clink
of silver coin is forever coming
from it's pockets
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

has a catchy beat poetry vibe.....
was especially fond of the notion that the furnace is always playing catch-up to the comets of cold......pretty hip

dug the flow of this piece... running without exhaustion, but only to the delight of movement taking both the writer and the reader on a well-deserved thought!

gracias, amigo.
