Re: Bandit Notions
going to a store today God is going to be there but we are going to see if we can find a horn switch for a box mod. The one that came with the kit is bad don't work. Well, there are times people just pass away & it's not like building a road or anything but it happens then it's bones in the earth.
Can't talk to the dead. The faith is in the fact that the flowers keep coming on and the wind keeps blowing & the blues keep flowing & ain't it just a hell of a grand day????
I prefer to talk to the living anyway even when they are being impossible. Can't beat it. What a way to live ! 99 cents a yard - swimming pools - movie stars - Paradise!
I traded a poem to a guy on the road for a tiny blue-&-white stone whose tail is always wagging and it's got these big ol' eyes & it's just too much & he rides around in my pocket and writes short stories about Crazy Horse when he was young. And he never asks me where we are going and ya just gotta love that.
yeah.
I don't try to remember aything anymore. Things have to remember themselves or I can't get my thrill.
It's like getting sore from sleeping on the same side of yourself all the time.
For the birds and I'd like to see ya find one that would have it.
I wouldn't want to get born in an eagle's nest - I'd just as soon be born, I mean if I just have to get born, next to a stream or creek - like that - Yeah.
Mornin' Doll !

Re: Bandit Notions
K, here goes a little going.
I didn't have any big dreams that were lasting impressions, mostly a few short dreams with an impression.
One was about an ugly big brown poisonous spider.
My daughter took her in for a pet, put her in a pet house that was sturdy, but she ended up moving her into another pet house with some different creatures (but I can't exactly remember what creatures, only that they were in similar size to her.)
That pet house reminded me of a hermit crab plastic box container, so the spider put her face up against the plastic sides and would look out sadly. My daughter felt bad that she looked like she wanted more fresher airs, instead of those plastic walls. I was worrying about the lid on the container, I kept checking it's weight, finding it seeming too flimsy and thinking what sort of strength this female inhabitant might be able to summon, and if by chance she could slide that lid to the side, then escape.
I woke only to find that my daughter moved the spider into a new house, for the third time, and the house was more like a small bird cage with horizontal bars. I looked in closely to determine the spiders width against the width of the space between the bars. I was just figuring it out in my head that indeed if the spider figures out that she can flatten herself enough, than she can escape. Just as I was noticing these things, the spider too noticed and she slid out and made a dash across the carpet.
In a sudden panic I whacked her, but she was made of a tough skin and I needed to whack her more than five times before I could see that she was no longer breathing.
And as to the breathing, I watched her breathe a lot in the pet houses, I focused on her breath.
......
Another dream was about being free for a short time from the houses. I was running through this very fruiticious and plentiful field of fruit and vegetation. Big plump bluish/black berries that left my bare feet and ankles in a lively purple hue and the juicy wet of the field was like paint on me.
My thoughts were that it was a field I'd nurtured and had loved, grown to full height, and that I just wanted to escape living in the house for a little while and just enjoy the freedom of the field.
I started to get down into the dirt and fruits, then began to roll around in it with a child-like joy. I wondered at myself, then wondered why I would still leave it behind in a few moments to return to my house.
.........
The tent dream I mentioned a little while ago was similar. The tents were not mine though, they belonged to other people and I walked past them, they had this beautiful feeling of freedom, the candle-light glow within and the structure of tents being more just to protect from weather, not from animals, people...fears.
On that realization that I go to my house to be protected from my fears.
I had this longing as I walked by them and what freedom they stand for, but I still chose to go to my house. When I arrived, I decided to get into even the most isolated and removed from all matters as I could, so I kept shutting doors behind me, went deeper and deeper. I ended up in the bathroom, shut the door, filled the bathtub and muffled out all sound by laying deep in the water.

Re: Bandit Notions
It's funny you said that, cause this whole week I've been collecting photos of bird nests with fragile eggs in it. Just kept thinking it described some side of me, the nest, the eggs and sumpin' about the fragility, but then the strength in birth, in the look forward to life, etc.
This is the season I shouldn't go into hiding in.
I know it and I'm fighting it off best I can, just takes efforts and friendship helps, thanks, u.

K, here goes a little going
Yeah, alright, a "little going" - then off ya gooooooooooooooooooooooooo - so I got a belly full of tacos now...they go heavy on the lettuce and lighter on the cheese & really light on the meat ... but what can ya expeXt of a franchise ?
birds - yeah, looks like we got a little synchronicity going on with odd ricochets coming in on target

now if you go along in the order you related these dreams there is a lot to see - these dreams are all related intimately. There is a progression here don't take much to see.
So, in the end, ya go to your house to be protected from your fears. From your longings too, ya see, because it's your longings more than your fears that bother you. You get there & decide to get even more isolated & removed - (the longings are powerful) so you keep shutting doors behind you as you go deeper & deeper. When you get to your final destination you shut the door to that too and go deeper still by filling the bath & go down into the water to lay deep.
"deeper deeper" into the house to lay "deep in the water"
Did ya ever consider the fact that in the Genesis account of creation water is the only thing that is shown to be pre-existent of the first created substance which was what God called light? Before anything at all was created the Scripture says, "and the Spirit of God hovered over the surface of the waters"
Could you be waiting the coming of light?

Re: Bandit Notions
Well, the tent dream was a while ago, so it began this thing of me noticing about having these longings and since then the house has changed into the shape it's in now, I can tell, too.
I don't know what, but trying to figure out why I'm trying to destroy after the feel good feelings of the short experience of freedom. Noticed it with the insistence on crushing the spider, even though I knew it was sad to keep it locked up I also still more powerful was afraid of it. Then noticed it in the field dream, how good it felt out in the field, but again the more powerful of feelings was to retreat. And finally I dotted the two dreams to the previous tent dream. Making the web, I guess.
Now I gotta figure out how to flirt her back out again.
Oh man! the tacos I had made yesterday and then ate one today (left over).
You spooky kinda guy. I likes.

Re: Bandit Notions
Sometimes it happens out that way & we notice it. Since we are alright with complete strangers preparing our food we should be alright with this, with concurrences when they begin to go on around us. It seems like wow but I think it is natural as wind or dreams.
that's just a notion on my part.
a bandit notion

Re: Bandit Notions
I'm about to lift the fixation, I rented Water for Elephants and The Help.
Prolly start with Water for Elephants. I'm pretty excited just from seeing the movie trailers.
Thanks for staying near, even when I'm a commotion.
You lift the food right up off the table and sometimes put it in my hands.

Re: Bandit Notions
keep it happens - nothing like speaking for yourself
where the wild grass gets as close to the road as it can
the water is dark, deep, unspoken
but it is the whole story
even as it winds out of sight
and ends up as the profile of a white male
but when the crowds thin and people get more isolated
sometimes the sailors fight
or the legs of a girl in a photo booth are naked
at the finish there is a tall woman on stilts
a sand angel
the last picture a mother on a swing

Re: Bandit Notions
It was heartbreaking.
It touches hearts, too
so that we see out of the eyes of an elephant.
