one last kiss(the stranger)

Post by sonofthesun » January 23rd, 2012, 4:22 am

your childhood
cries
where did it go wrong
your parents killed your dog
when you needed saving
it once was simple
now its mechanical
are you connected
have you known truth
or is it just a lie
as the infinite lies open
can you tell whats true
as i cry for my self
and everyone
who cares
hopefully you

no matter what, its all the same shit
beauty upon the eye of the beholder
love is as great as you allow it
you are as responsible as myself for my own happiness
it is a familiar endeavor
love thy neighbor
hate is worthless
it only detracts from your own
acknowledge and embrace the stranger
from that only good things may follow
There is no empty space

if we're not trying to connect each day, I think we're heading in the wrong direction........steady relate-able emotion throughout....liked it
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

People are strange...

"if the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite."

big kisses- i wonder perhaps it did nt go wrong-maybe things happen the way they are supposed to- nice poem
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

thank you creativesoul. youve given me wonderful responses for a while now. i did feel unread or liked before you started posting to my writing. and things happen. its how life is set up. be it "good" or "bad", its what you do with it that matters. big smiles your way. im thankful for you.

ahh, i keep second guessing myself...thinking i wouldnt write this without alcohol...which may be true but not that i dont feel this way...shitballs

if love has courage
then it will not hide away sulking

priceless moments in time
perhaps
those can warm you on the restless nights

the kiss i will have
is from one who knows
my soul
until then
i will do what Creator tells me to do
i ask questions of myself-deep in the night
love is not always what i thought it could be
changing me
into someone that has a perspective
a voice
i wished with all my might
that i didnt have to be silly putty and play dough
that my best shot
misfired
failed
shot myself in the foot

acceptance of that
is all i got left

One of my best girl buds was laughing at me last night about my wanting to buy a bow and arrow set, she said I'll shoot myself in the foot.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

i know someone that really did- and she made a commitment to help people her whole life- and she did-!!! but she tried to shoot herself- gun jammed- then she tried to drown and got dive bombed by seagulls- and then she built a lodge and prayed -and then .....
she taught me to do the same- just not shoot myself in the foot- aloha
