cush and deisel

Post by creativesoul » April 20th, 2012, 1:49 pm

taste that floral medicine roughly grabbing
that cancer out of me
those cells just laugh
thanking God for this cultivated herbal intoxicant
cush says- mmmm and deisel gives you a long tongue throbbing electrical kiss
right into that place where secrets and sweetness hide

had enough of the struggle see
pretending that there isnt anything wrong with me
never tell your insurance company that you are sick

all the native herbal medicnes and prayers
fight with me
every day
to stay here in a good way
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

herbal medicine is the oldest healthcare known to man, older than recorded history even...Chinese emperor Shen Nong wrote about herbs with conviction in 2375, and his work is still followed today.......a great deal of conventional drugs all began with herbs...white willow bark was the source of the onset of aspirin, etc. etc. etc.....selling pharmaceuticals is a mammoth business...one of the biggest lobbies......they don't want us learning how to use herbs.....just like they don't want to legalize marijuana.....no they'd rather write scripts for their pet drugs that list, "death" as a side effect......my cousin completely switched over from being a pharmacist to an herbalist......Blue Mountain Apothecary.....he was the head of pharmacology at Johns Hopkins.....could not reconcile those kinds of side effects....sorry for the long winded reply....hope all is well, jana

for cs -

what it is -
is...
...is the dog is right by the door
flopped right there ...
raining good as Noah out there -
where the hell did this hound come from
and why is he here pestering me?

that's what I'd like to know.

one of the old zen freaks left a koan
that asks the question - "Does a dog have buddha-nature?"

My buddha-nature at the moment seems to be
taking a dog out in a downpour
so he can get the comfort of an empty bladder

good thing everything is a poem
else i'd be up against losing my mind
every God blessed second
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

i have studied these things as well- both the dig question and the herbal medicne quest- 'yesterday i went to luch with a crew that... quite frankly are outside the parameter of my comfort zone- our politics are just really fifferent- my friend, the medical doctor invited me- and i knew all the others,,however i still think people invite me to lunches for entertainment value...' as usual she started talking about designer drugs and skitzo this and strattera that- it is about ADHD - and i just look at them and say' some ppl cannot take that shit' i have come to love my ADHD- i have extra energy and gifts that if i did not have ADHD i would perhaps not have even noticed! hah!
so once again the advocate for no anti-depressants, at yet another medical luncheon... however i was well behaved until this woman i have known forever- a recluse with her dogs, when she started talking about wolves in a non-educated way- i had to correct the error. these social things that i go to with charity wives and events- they bond with the dogs. they describe them like children, and they show pictures like men at the bar... it is rather strange if you ask me- the relationship you have with your dog at least is about love- this was like a mental health issue... at any rate- i laugh today- because twnty five years ago i knew these women and they say'if nothing changes. then nothing changes- i elected not to do shoes and bag that matched and got a stand up paddle board= now i live in a bathing suit most of the time- and have joined the water people-perhaps i will get a really hotter than i got now body- that could be fun-
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
