today is the day that,
for awhile, i was a small fern in the woods asking
everybody for any stories they might know about the God of the Martians
and when a woman asks me did you hear that noise?
i say that deep kind of continuous rumble? & she says
no, that clicking noise...
i say it was my keyboard and she says

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
