the wind
carries thoughts from deep inside
to the surface where
the river drops seeds and they float
on the water in ripples
quietly the leaves tickle your skin
water so cold and mossy
sand and silt between the toes
jungle woman is about to return to the city = the rock and i must part
three years later
all healed up
yeah baby this life is stretched out before
this dream
back to art and ceremony and many years of friends
like here
i need that coffee house
i need those rock and roll shows-
i am stark raving full of fire
cut off all that nasty hair
decided that it was a day
to let the wind tell me how
thinking a pedicure is looking good

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
