Además, aseguró que, al igual que Europa en la actualidad, la Argentina fue escenario de formidables asientos contables de presuntos préstamos que los bancos internacionales le daban al país, pero que jamás llegaban.
The IMF sounds like a bunch of "banksters" that is a hybrid of bankers and gangsters.

Argentina’s press under fire

By Jorge Rendo, Sunday, September 30, 6:55 PM

Jorge Rendo is director of Grupo Clarin, the largest media company in Argentina.

The administration of Argentine President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner took to the public airwaves last month with a four-minute attack on Grupo Clarin , the largest media company in Argentina. This was the latest in a long string of abuses. Unlike in previous attacks, the message wasn’t that “Clarin miente” (Clarin lies), or that there is “no such thing as an independent press” — as Fernández claimed in her speech Wednesday at Georgetown University.

This time, during a commercial break of a widely watched soccer match, the government declared Grupo Clarin a threat to Argentina’s democracy and announced that the company will be forced to auction off a large segment of its operation on Dec. 7.

yeah, let´s hope Timerman and Lieberman keep talking to each other too... :) On the other hand, to talk seriously with Iran doesn´t look as an easy task ...

Argentina’s press under fire

Clarín is not a sort of weak grandma ... it´s a big corporation with an oscure past during the dictatorship that owned the comercialization of papel prensa, lot of tv channels (open and paid), radios, magazines, newspapers... with the new law it has to "drop"/ sell? some of them to continue working inside the law. Who will buy them is maybe a good question, though... Oddly, Clarín was a good aliado of the government until some years ago ... now they are apparently virulent enemies with the population as captive audience ... :?

I want to bury my head in the sand and wake up in December after our elections are over. ... are you sure?

if you feel that, don´t vote! :) . In my country vote is a right but also an obligation. And until now I never could finally vote "in blanco"...

the Chávez´s victory in his re-re-election (desired and feared by many inside and outside Venezuela) is already a fact and it was oddly too much present in different groups I´ve been with gaining kilos during this long weekend ... I hope the venezuelans can improve what they consider it has to be improved, surf gracefully the bipolar partisan danger and can start to say good-bye a little to Hugo without having to vote next time a right wing candidate ...

I will probably vote. I hate to contemplate the prospect of a commander in chief wearing magic underwear. Mormon magic underwear. His wife wears them too. I am going to vote for the guy wearing the Calvin Klines

I read the article you linked, I don´t know ... the Caribbean or whatever seems very complex ... I have some books I bought in Cuba waiting for reading during the summer, I´ll tell you if I have some illumination about the theme later!

I am going to vote for the guy wearing the Calvin Klines ... so the emperors and their underwear ... yeah, big argument!!!!!

& very odd, indeed ...!

(the top part looks like what we would called here "camiseta" ... my father insist in wearing it outside his house, he still feel somehow undressed without it even in XXI´s January, but he is a semi-catholic ...  )

No idea about how it would be life in Ghana´s coasts or the politics about it but she is so beautiful..., I hope she starts sailing again soon...! :

No you don't need it. Fuck em. Fuck those vulture funds.
Cage always said that there isn't any such thing as silence. He said even if there was no sound in the environment, there would be the sounds of your own body. But there may be another perception beyond that. First we have to get to that point where we've entered a world where we can listen.

...
How do I listen? Well, how can I listen when there's all this noise going on? Now I notice I'm not listening, then I notice that there's someone telling me what to listen to. Then I notice that this is happening all the time. Now I notice that there's a problem about listening, and now I know that I'm not listening. My own experience is that the mind—once having cleared the space—will continue to fabricate. So there is no empty place for listening. However, for the composer that's a good thing Because having cleared the space, I may know that I'm fabricating, but the fabricating can become the work that I do. I don't imagine that it has some deeper level of authenticity, because it's closer to some crazy idea of emptiness I might have. In fact, when I stop and listen, I fabricate. When I'm fabricating from a place of greater attention to silence, I might have a better chance of holding onto the image of sound and to acquiring the detail and depth of it.
