my new neighbour
has lips the colour of liver

when they part
African sunshines

her name is
Oluwatomisin

and in church on sunday
her Nigerian headwrap
was a wonder to behold

Now this is poetry. Instantly understandable, yet carrying with it that element of mystery. 8)
