it's summer - easy to think about bikes. I look a lot on craigslist but thin on coin these days - being stuck at the house all day - still might be able to pick something up though - I been thinking of taking that early SS but leary of locking myself into that low rate for the rest of whatever time is left - so I'm stalled - but tempted.

Hell, can't even afford to fix my lawnmower. You should see my yard here at the lodge - it's going to forest. Revenge of the Lawn in spades.

I got me the Chessmaster 9000 prog on the 'puter here but it must be ancient by now - have had it for years. The Shredder prog I've only sampled it online in it's watered down version - thought about getting it, don't know why - proves i'm insane ya know - even if you are on your toes & your mind shiny as a steel trap that Shredder program will cut you off at the ankles. pure brutality.

I wasn't thinking 'bout a magic for the day word but now you mention it it's "windgefluster" - I think it's Dutch or from one of the Germanic tongues - I think - got something to do with an aspect of the wind -

I guess I was thinking about an old TV show called "You Bet Your Life.

Water water everywhere but not so much any more. The Ogallala is going dry, the high plains is busted. Some day we will be building a Keystone pipe line to import water from Canada. But they may not want to sell it, they will need all the water they got to refine the tar sands.

In Virginia it the law if you run over a dog you must stop your car and try and find the owner. Not sure about Texas.

No rain at the moment - isn't it all like that though, at the moment? Another thing, if you quote yourself is it a sign of some psychological condition? Come think of it is not every manifestation of behavior evidence of some psychological condition or another? I believe that is the case.

Something else too, there is no human being that has so fucked themselves as a practitioner of Zen. When asked about "it" they will answer you that you can't talk about "it". I have investigated this so I don't end up talking out my ass. The moment of "enlightenment" is said to be a penetration ( I will leave off the psychological aspect of "penetration") to the essence or the source of everything simultaneously. A classic if/then situation arises in which not talking about any "it" is the same as talking about that "it". My mother, God rest her soul, would have called these folks great chatterboxes, mouth opened or closed.
