nature's LSD

Post by saw » November 15th, 2013, 6:39 pm

pine, birch, cherry air streamers
tumble down a pulsating conduit
into your dusty lungs, head right for your head
like a gulped sno-cone in July
you see your brain chemistry changing

there ahead in the blackened sky,
you witness the new arrangement
a fresh diagram overlaid on top of the once unimaginable,
behind your eyes, day-glo darting neurons
show you are different

than the minute before, how odd
just one swift breath of maple-ized oxygen
one simple infusion of slippery elm
gliding along the walls of you windpipe
tell you this cannot be found

on the couch,
and that remote control of yours,
only changes cable stations
that never-ever make you feel lightheaded
or full
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

road trip= seroiously -take the batteries outta da remote-sabotage the sabotage- :| quick while you can still think and write for yourself- laughing- in the early hours of a colder part of the planet- nice write-
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
