earth dwellings = off the grid- i can see we have the same kind of taste- i was out in the barn earlier- the moon is so sweet - so full of love and life- i am ready for that area - sleep- tea- oh yeah the canmomile worked- and i am not crazy as i was- - but the mist tonight- oh yes- like a trail to the moon-

too much dental work- sorry- i envy people with great teeth- that all they did was brush- flossing =for me- is not 'fun'== i think i should marry a dentist- like quickly-
but the idea of walking around- or better yet riding a bike around for the sound of wind in my ears- really is sounding good- it is very early in the morning- or in my opinion- it is still night- i wish i may -that today is sunny and beautiful- my room mate was invited to sleep over at a freind- s house- because my friend wants me to sleep in the morning- that is the sweetest thang i ever have heard of-when someone asks you- what did she do today? 'NOT A THANG' would be the answer- but we know that is not real- because i could no more 'do nothing' than - shine my poor shoes brightly-it is raining- i- betcha i could go back to sleep-
oops she is awake- as demonstrated by her dog- who likes salsa dancing- and does it when she is not at home- she is pretty good-

Ha ! what teeth i got left are signaling me they ain't long for this world - no dental care here - VA don 't do teeth unless you been a prisoner-of-war or otherwise seriously fucked up -
now I consider myself seriously fucked up but that don't cut no mustard with the VA - they the one's making that determination so ya know where that's at - getting outta here to day for some road time - the sun is out & bright not a cloud anywhere - it's not overly warm out there but I can get away with just wearing a sweatshirt on the bike today and I am gonegonegone >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

some people should not be allowed to practice medicine- i have known some real crackers in my lifetime but this guy is a total loser- seriously-
i think i will have my lawyer give him a call-
however- i know a few things about tea and herbs- as you know- and i seem to be able to DIAGINOSE except when it comes to me- i do not always trust myself- so i got valarian- a tincture - which when i go on 'red alert' is the only thing that is ok- i cannot drink- i mean unless we decide that in 2029 i will return to here- because it is a detour of which - i best not take at this point-so now - our household has a supply of valerian - in case-...

don't like being trapped myself - but I have always survived it - been cooped up by rain and crap weather the past few weeks - now the last two days with the sun out and all it's been glorious - gotta be out of the house and on the road by eleven though cause the rays from the sun this time of year are severely slanted so that by three in the afternoon you got to be lookin' to getting back to the lodge - the next three months at least are not going to be pretty - and walking out the door with the weight of winter clothes on my back is not my favorite thing anymore - so when the snow comes I'll probably be packing the bikes away for the winter - until then they will stay on the porch ready to take advantage of days like today -

i sit on a prayer blanket that says mexico- dont know if it means anything- seems most elders gravitiate towards the heat- i didnt know you were supposed to wear three pairs of pants/i thought socks was an investment- i prefer water toys to clothing-paint and stuff=

seems that something real cold happens about this time- i wake up and sage the room- smoke an american spirit- a lil- and a patch - nicoderm- some of us is die hards- vaping doesnt do it- i walk - today i see the gym and a swimming pool in my horizon- i dunno- my muscles just love it- i was not this happy as a young woman- and i like waking up to the quiet a little earl grey and now back to something sleepy for a few more-peace out

so the morning has hit here- kind of looks like one of those 'winter still lifes that old people paint- all bleak and stuff- but if you look closely you will see that the brush has like a maroon or violiet hue to it and there is a mustard yellow and some green and shades of gray- you know - there is a wave length of which i have had to stand back from- i need to wake up further- it is like a snake and layers- gotta be warm- or a wolf and her den- i dunno
