the gray just came - one day there were no leaves on the trees- no one remebered when they fell off- wild west sunrises in the 'soggy region' water birds =herons -
pulling from star dust and energizing that which i pray will heal-
the laundry is laid out on the table-
thought that i might be able to help- or something like that- say a prayer for my friend- and i dont know- i just cannot go backwards- cannot go back to that lil place in the sea-
that island that means so much to me
the sunlight - the sea- but -
the dream is over=cannot call that energy back to me

there is something that happens when these things occur- like a wet spray- itchy face- like the sand storm during the high winds at the beach-they are changing health insurance- but not health itself-
the cat did something yesterday that makes me think i am not crazy- it fixed me- took energy off me- that did not belong there- cats and dogs that walk with me in the woods-
