There it was- the salmon river- the house her parents shared with another family- built 50 years ago stood looking over this point- the spirits knew her here- I am watching- she is bringing that sweet innocence back into her soul-
Seen this before-
I cannot imagine her nature woman life- with all the tarnished frames around the photos-
Wanted to see what it was like-
Heyo I got a prayer

Heyo
Heyo
Fine

of that

My friend had a operation on her foot- we have been hauling her around -- and it is intriguing - getting someone coffee- watching her stratified and plotting her every move- she is talking about pain-
I think she should just enjoy it- it isn't every day that you get to be opiated!
Anyway- the dogs and I are just too happy- the ocean is calling to me-- it is so cold- it is funny! I am warring a vest over my over coat-
Coffee - beautiful world and I'm still in it-

ok ok rightside up - i can do that - it's unbelievably mild here today - my bike is unchained for the first time in a month or better - can you hear her stamping the ground out there in her stall? heading out when i finish this - gonna roll - saw an old foundation from a long gone farmhouse just off the road today while walkin the hound - didn't know it was there - the sight of these things always stirs up the dust in me - one time traveling thru northern arizona i saw a sign that just said "Ruins" with an arrow pointing to the top of a small mesa - so i parked got out of the car and walked up there - the word ruins was an overstatement - "traces of ruins" would have been a more fitting description - it was five small rooms linked together with just the bottom row or two of stone & adobe bricks above the surface of the ground - i faced the direction the wind was coming from - west - the wind came into my ears - i stood there a long long time listening to that wind - came down off that mesa not the same as i was when i climbed up there - but i didn't know that then - it took several decades more passage to know that - and i still can't put it to words -

gotta go - see if my coyote bike & me remember the ride to town - 8)

hey you're tilted again - are you trying to give me a permanent bend to the left?
one of my shifters broke on the way to town - first day out ridin in over a month and don't somethin' just gotta bust? anyways ... cut the shifter cable and removed the front derailleur right there side of the road - placed the chain by hand on the second largest chain ring on the front and booked on - was lucky to get the day to ride this late in the year and nothin was going to keep me from rollin' - fix it later - stupid shifters ain't nothin but plastic to begin with - want somethin don't break or cut out on me -

I hear portland ore has some of the best bike paths and trails anywhere in the us of a -
seen some photos of how it is out there - looks cool - we got these old railroad beds back here that some communities have taken sections of and turned them into bike trails - it's a capital idea for sure but not enough has been done imho - there are some old rail lines here that traverse beautiful beautiful country but no one is doing anything with them - damn shame that - wouldn't mind biking the cali coast from mendocino north to the oregon border - what a run that would be !

what kind of bike ya thinkin of gettin? decided yet? chick bike outfits? O no! you're not gonna be one of those spandex geek types are you? no! no! say it ain't so, joe! just pull on a pair of jeans - throw on a sweatshirt if it's chilly - get yourself an old bang of a hat and roll on, girl! - that will be sexy enough believe me and you'll be comfortable - which i have learned is el primo important out there - and have all the fun you can!

thx for the pic 8)

Got a below sixty degrees jacket today- I can go anywhere now- the cold was ruining my social life- I would just be freezing chatting with people outside in the cold- and suddenly I bolt for the house- been in Hawaii for 3 years- it's cold out here-
So now it's back to me and my dog- it's simple-
I never had a better birthday for many reasons- my son s both were better than ever- loving- from Creator-
Here is a pic
Nice coyote- no spandex here!
