sugar nightmares

cryptic haiku
old man dreams
dark visions of self-destruction

I love my dreams
cheap entertainment
my dreams are Golden Globes™

mid morning light
in a four windowed room
sun has travelled far

thermometer climbs
fog burned off
and I need to go now

notation of earth's rotation
high noon and sixty two
wind chills

wait eight more degrees
in the mean time I get
up and

do stuff with my stuff
then sit down aspell
and type these so called haiku

and eat an orange

now we look back on it
our faces reflected

pounce from my garden
i miss old neighbour

home from hospital

new year arrival
hits home

snow at dawn
snowplows on patrol
their rumbling passage

far to the sides
