Bias Description

Post by Atehequa » January 21st, 2014, 9:42 pm

There are those living in myths and fairy tales
Misinterpreting ancient wisdom, their way to enhance
Reality, reason and the hopes they toss into wishing wells
Attempting to ascend society upon games of chance
Spirituality fueling greed, advertisement and sales
Appealing, well spoken, thought of and viewed
Beholden to deities, gluttonous and lewd

Gathered under their banner of the coiled snake
Bristling with guns, twisted grins and eyes so cold
The American dream, a living nightmare when they awake
Ingrained deep within their minds by lies long told
Such are the allies that evil can easily make
Their divine immorality deemed god's will
Armed to the teeth and ready to kill

Like shreds of mist drifting through each new morn
Seemingly the flower of humanity's strong will to survive
All those dwelling beyond their garden, they treat with scorn
It's a wonder there are some of these flowers still alive
At the earth mother's mercy, her world they've torn
Impious blossoming, the scent of greed
Like gluttonous lampreys, they feed

The evil they constantly tell everyone to fear
Burns in their eyes, afflicted minds and rotting hearts
Garbled conversations and intentions, never are they clear
Lacking at death, but having everything when life starts
Over their own loud blathering, so little do they hear
Always obsessed with winning and a desire to rule
Worshiping their god and feeding his golden bull
