it tastes so good- that pink fish just so perfectly cooked- and i am eating- have not been hungry like this for awhile- feeling stronger=
digs barking
someone coming down the driveway

it is all coming together 'the way it is supposed to
wanting to just not hear that sound-
of imposition
the feeling n your gut when you have to accept and compromise
because the alternative is more difficult
path of the least resistance
but what will it feel like when i do not hear the demands
of what is expected of me
of which i do not adhere-

we are blood brother and sister, jana
silence the voices that dream of domination
be true to yourself
reject the norms that have never worked
but shape the landscape
step where you want to step
knowing it takes a boatload of courage
to stare down the lemming crowd

i am really quite thank ful for the dog moments in the morning- yes- it is true but really = i am so much more foused in the vening for writing- yes- i hear you loud and clear in many ways-

Hunger is good! Especially when well earned and sated by salmon perfectly cooked. Mmmm!

Demands from another person deserve to stay hungry. Never feed them by obeying them. Nobody has that right. The only person who has a right to expect something from you is YOU.
