The image like a door into
The garden of metaphors
From where you assimilate
The world called yourself
How it translates the joy
And suffering into songs
Of love and ballads
Of discontent
How words impose the virtue of time
How the image changes
And evolves
Like the movement of the tide
And warm shallow waters
Corals and masking rainfall
Flowers in the wilting autumn
FroZen moments in the frost
Of morning
Leaves that show the design of lines
As age in the remembrances
How the ripple of circlets spread
Then all the charm is broken
Amulets and gemstones
In the rituals and the calling
Speaking in rhyme a million words
A million miles apart
Separated by a reality of being
In the forest by the campfire
In solitary gestures of
Being and becoming
In a world full of life
Being alone creates the illogical
Premise by which each step
Into forward reaching
Brings back again
To yourself

Re: The Doorway Into
meditation should be like brushing your teeth, a daily routine of stillness, that as you suggest pushes you in the direction of your authentic self....enjoyed the sentiments
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
you may end up where you are heading
