everything else is false, phony, stupid, dull, boring
everything else is full of baloney, is hyperbole, is
total hogwash, is window dressing, is a crock, a ruse
there is no use for it, it is absolute poppy cock
it is sugar coated, it is white washed, brain washed
redacted, blacked out, swept under the rug, buggy
it's a drug, opium for the people, under the steeple
sheep, your all a sleep, under the spell, cursed back
for ten generations, everything is hooey jive, a fake
nothing is sacred, everything is holy, nothing is holy
everything is effected, affected, rejected, conjectured
it's a lie, a tall tale, a mirage, an optical illusion, a ufo
it's all a figment of your imagination, a fig leaf on a statue
a whopper, a fart in church, a social blunder, a whoops
it's all in your mind, your mind is not in your head, your head
is not up your ass, no matter how much you believe it
you have been put on hold, you want to fit the mold
everything you have been told is not true, it's a religion
it's politics, it's education, it's a myth, it's mystification
it is contrary to popular opinion, it's a smoking gun, a nun
it's a card trick, a hidden persuader, it's a planned obsolescence
a Freudian slip, an off color comment, a complete fabrication
a hallucination, a history, a social security number, a dumb down
it's a gypsy on the edge of town, a bogie man, a scape goat
a vagabond, a time traveler, a vagrant, a stranger, it's some other
everything is on the road, is a naked lunch, a howl, a drunken boat
there is only reality, is only one reality, only one, that is the poem

everything I write is spontaneous, more or less
I just get an image in my mind, and it becomes a poem
that is the only way I ever knew how to write
I never had time to learn any other way
except perhaps my novel, which was written like
Kerouac, in a mad dash.But then I had to go back
and sort of fit it all together, so to speak.

....in my life long study of Jack i've found that although he did write spontaneously, he also was a master craftsman and did do a whole lot of changing and rearranging in his prose. I definitely enjoy reading your flow pieces, come on over to the ~GO! side with me and mingo, we be mixing it up with words....it's better to have more writers in the mix.....the word jam seems to put some off for some reason, but that's the way it went down way back when we were all at litkicks, then Levi Asher changed the game plan on us all.....we came here where Doreen & Lrod kept that old litkicks spirit going.....it's a long history many of us share here.
