The authors and artists own all of their material which they post here. Studio8 claims no rights to it. You all have full copyright over your own material.

Members DO agree when they join the site to have the original material they post on the site appear right here as published on the site and as long as the site exists, you agree that the material you post here can remain on the site. But if anybody ever wants their material removed for any reason whatsoever, I'd be happy to remove it for you, though removing comments to other people's posts can disturb the meaning of the conversations in the threads, and I probably wouldn't want to do that.

Please note that when we published the anthology "Infinite Tide", the authors, artists, and photographers gave ONE-TIME publishing rights to Studio8 for the material they submitted to be published in the book. Still, they own the copyright to all of their own material and that fact is stated in the book. As one-time publishing rights only, the contributors have the right to publish that same material anywhere else they want.

Studio8 will never republish the material of members who post on this site without their permission. All writers and artists are owners and copyright holders of their own material posted here.

If this hasn't been clear, please let me know where you would like to see this agreement posted and I'll make sure it remains visible and clear to all members and future members.
