bellows for the rain

Post by mtmynd » November 2nd, 2014, 12:49 am

nothing left to lose
its all up in the air
nobody around to visit
nowhere left to see
just a cloud
rollin 'cross the sky
the vagrant vagabond
got it all
when no thing will do
just float - chinawink
like you do when boredumb sets in
cross the boundary right foot first
into some kinda void
where life transcends
where breath is not noticed
where mind can be seen
separated
different
new view
chinawink
clink the rim
double shot of gin
dont make me again
i spell f-r-e-e
nothing left of me
vapor eyes
no longer
removed
shine

" No matter what else they said about you Billy, I always knew you had sand."

Wild Bill Hickock to Billy the Kid from the film "Purgatory"

Us old dreadnoughts ain't doin' too bad now, are we? laying it down all around - enjoyed it, Cec -

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

when the old me
has hit all the highs and lows
the mind begs
for re-invention,

that way
the new me
can only see
infinite possibilities

nice ride
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

that damn mind just won't leave things alone. when it gets really bad for me I hang it on the wall like a Shaker hangs up his chair... no need for it at the time.
that ride got a wee bit bumpy but that's the road for me... glad you hung on.
