trouble with a dead lover

Post by the mingo » February 12th, 2015, 12:30 pm

trouble with a dead lover
is you no longer have
anyone left to hold onto
and can't let go
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

palpable power in a few lines....well done
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

I'm sorry.... my sincere condolences. I don't know when this happened. If you posted something about it, I missed it. Your poem made me feel like crying. :(

Just wanted to tell you that after five or six reads now, this just keeps getting better. I keep coming back to it.

Thx 68 - we all should act to lift each other up whenever the opportunity arises - even when we don't know that's what we are doing - Thank you - 8)
