itchy fleas and termite bites

Post by Doreen Peri » March 14th, 2015, 1:31 pm

hey, you muthafucka, suck this into yer
bigmouth bullshit lungs, tongue's waggin',
fricking goddamn insecurities saggin' down
to yer knees, like the jeans that don't fit
tryin' to pretend you got some HUGE big shit
to fill it but you don't. I'd use some bad
language if I thought it would make
you fake the possibility that you'd realize
your tries at being God are nihilistic at best,
but I won't, and so I'll just let this whole fucking
thing rest. Good night. Sleep tight. Don't let
the mattress bug ya. Keep the light on to
scare away the itchy fleas and termite
bites. Whatever.

venting poetically is a healthy practice...sure you could keep a journal, but why deprive your fans .. 8)

I save everything, Steve. I learned from the demise of Litkicks not to ever type into the posting box without saving it. I'm not looking for fans. Friendships are important. I've mostly been known as an unknown poet through the years and I don't care. Actually, I don't care one BIT about apathy. Let's have lunch.

TRY NOT TO THINK OF BED BUGS!
TRY NOT TO THINK OF A THOUSAND RED LIGHTS FOREVER AND EVER
TRY NOT TO THINK OF TEN PINK ELEPHANTS!
