[img][/img]long as I can remember
I walk thru shapes
Spheres
In brass
My mind has fire aglow
Alchemy of sculpture
Lost and foundry
Where it all melts together
But first - before you can get to metal
You must pass these classes
Walking down the streets of Portland
A pulse on the top of my head
Maybe my heart will attack me
But I doubt it
The fire is burning
Some things are better left unsaid
Sometimes the whole hoe for my art
Seems to lose meaning
Taking a stab at dream catching
Carrying the art portfolio

Carrying the art portfolio
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
Re: Carrying the art portfolio
when one trusts their instincts that feel so right-on for them, there is little I feel can be wrong......the action is immeasurable by any standard that tries to.....I have always struggled in the middle between doing what people expect from me, and flaking off for days immersed in the creative process ....neither side ever wins out totally..... I juggle them
